– All parcels are shipped registered,except where noted with GLS or SDA Express courier, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

– Allow up to 10 working days for processing and shipping.

– We don’t accept reservations, orders cancellations and item replacements.

– All additions to the orders that have already been placed must be done creating a new order. Email additions are not permitted.

– I’m not responsible for lost or damaged items. LPs are always shipped outside jackets, with carton stock + airball to avoid damages and I only ship with registered mail to avoid any kind of problems.

– I accept credit card (Stripe), Bank transfer, Cash (€) in a registered letter (ask for address) or Paypal.
